Cancellation Policy

Turf Aura is committed to offering a flexible and fair cancellation process. Please review the policy below for details on cancellations and refund eligibility.

1 . User-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellation 2 hours or more before the slot: 100% refund
    • Cancellation between 1 hour and 2 hours before the slot: 50% refund
    • Cancellation less than 1 hour before the slot: No refund
    • No-show: If you do not attend your booked session, no refund will be issued.



2 . Refund Process :

    • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Refund timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.



3 . Cancellations by Turf Aura or Turf Providers :

    If your booking is cancelled by Turf Aura or the turf provider (due to weather, maintenance, or other reasons), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.

4 . Booking Modifications :

    • Modifications are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot, subject to availability.
    • Changes within 2 hours may be treated as a cancellation and follow the above refund rules.
